Job Requirements
- minimum age of 16 years or older as required by local regulations
- prior experience in customer service or food service preferred
- current food and alcohol service certifications if required by local laws

Job Qualifications
- prior experience in a food service setting or a role requiring direct customer interaction is preferred

Job Duties
- welcome and engage with all arriving guests in an upbeat and engaging manner, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter
- skillfully manage and organize the guest waiting list and reservations, working to seat parties promptly and balance the workload among servers
- maintain a high level of attentiveness to guest needs throughout the seating process, always demonstrating superior customer care
