Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years or higher as required by local laws
- current certifications for food and alcohol service if mandated
- previous experience in customer focused roles preferred
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Welcome and engage with all arriving guests in an upbeat and engaging manner
- skillfully manage and organize the guest waiting list and reservations
- seat parties promptly and balance the workload among servers
- maintain a high level of attentiveness to guest needs throughout the seating process
- demonstrate superior customer care
- manage flow of seating especially during peak service times
- create memorable moments for guests
