Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in a food service setting or a role requiring direct customer interaction is preferred
- Must meet the minimum age requirement of 16 years or higher as stipulated by local regulations
- Hold current certifications for food and alcohol service if mandated by state, county, or local law
- Possess a motivated and competitive outlook embodying key traits like fair play, drive, adaptability, community focus, and a love for fun
- Demonstrate excellent organizational abilities, a keen eye for detail, and strong interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Welcome and engage with all arriving guests in an upbeat and engaging manner, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter
- Skillfully manage and organize the guest waiting list and reservations, working to seat parties promptly and balance the workload among servers
- Maintain a high level of attentiveness to guest needs throughout the seating process, always demonstrating superior customer care
- Coordinate with the serving staff to ensure smooth transitions between seating and service
- Address guest inquiries and handle complaints professionally, providing solutions and maintaining a positive atmosphere
- Monitor dining area capacity to comply with safety and comfort guidelines
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization at the host station and entrance area
