Job Duties
- Welcome and engage with all arriving guests in an upbeat and engaging manner, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter
- Skillfully manage and organize the guest waiting list and reservations, working to seat parties promptly and balance the workload among servers
- Maintain a high level of attentiveness to guest needs throughout the seating process, always demonstrating superior customer care
- Communicate effectively with servers and management to coordinate seating and service flow
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any initial concerns or special requests promptly
- Ensure the entrance area is welcoming, clean, and well-organized at all times
- Monitor wait times and update guests regularly to maintain a positive experience
