Job Duties
- Welcome and engage with all arriving guests in an upbeat and engaging manner
- Skillfully manage and organize the guest waiting list and reservations
- Work to seat parties promptly and balance the workload among servers
- Maintain a high level of attentiveness to guest needs throughout the seating process
- Demonstrate superior customer care
- Manage seating flow efficiently during peak service times
- Create a positive and exciting dining atmosphere
