  • Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, nights, mornings, and holidays
  • Must be able to read and write in English and perform math calculations

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests with a genuine smile and positive attitude
  • Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and respond promptly to inquiries or concerns
  • Maintain knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and restaurant promotions
  • Handle guest complaints or issues professionally or escalate to the manager
  • Guide guests to their tables and present menus
  • Take to-go orders over the phone and in person
  • Provide highchairs and other requested items to guests
  • Operate the point of sale register and process payments including credit cards, cash, and comps
  • Comply with federal and state laws including FLSA tip regulations
