Job Requirements
- Must have at least one year of restaurant experience preferred
- Must possess strong organizational skills
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must maintain a positive attitude
- Must be able to work effectively in a team environment
- Must be able to multitask
- Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, nights, mornings, and holidays
- Must be able to read and write in English and perform math calculations

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a genuine smile and positive attitude
- Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and respond promptly to inquiries or concerns
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and restaurant promotions
- Handle guest complaints or issues professionally or escalate to the manager
- Guide guests to their tables and present menus
- Take to-go orders over the phone and in person
- Provide highchairs and other requested items to guests
- Operate the point of sale register and process payments including credit cards, cash, and comps
- Comply with federal and state laws including FLSA tip regulations
