Job Requirements
- Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification
- Ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more
- Must be able to lift/push/reach for/carry 10+ pounds frequently
- Excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask
- 6 months to 1 year or equivalent combination of education and experience
- high volume and/or fine dining experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent experience/training

Job Duties
- Maintain high level of positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests
- Passionately deliver refined, seamless service
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards at all times
- Welcome guests to the unique dining experience
- Assign guests to suitable tables and according to guidelines for server rotation
- Share the story, inspiration, and culinary mindset of the restaurant to our guests
- Respond to guest challenges and find the appropriate resolution in a timely and professional manner
