Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No previous restaurant experience required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of customer service principles
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Manage the reservation and seating arrangements
- Provide accurate wait time estimates
- Escort guests to their tables
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness of the host area
- Assist in coordinating with the serving staff to ensure smooth operations
