Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- 1+ years host or cashier experience in a full-service restaurant
- ability to engage respectfully with diverse populations
- ability to remain calm during customer dissatisfaction
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- ability to work in fast-paced environments
- basic math skills for payment processing
- proficiency with business software and food service applications
- ability to interact positively with guests and team members
- availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- satisfactory background check completion
- satisfactory pre-placement physical examination
Job Qualifications

- proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and food service software applications

- preferred knowledge of alcoholic beverages including beer, wine, and spirits
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and promptly seat them
- monitor open and seated sections of the restaurant, bar, and lounge
- estimate wait times and manage the reservation system
- answer telephone calls and take reservations as needed
- communicate guest feedback, large groups, complaints, and concerns to management and kitchen staff
- maintain reservation and occupancy charts
- provide exceptional customer service encouraging return visits
