Job Requirements
- Customer guest service experience preferred
- 1 year of restaurant experience preferred
- Must be able to slide tables to accommodate large groups
- Proficient conversation English language skills required
- Must be able to work on weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greeting and seating all guest visiting plaza bar, afternoon tea, and westgate room
- Answer inquiries about dining options at the hotel including hours, menu knowledge, general hotel information
- Control seating pace and estimate wait times
- Accept reservations for afternoon tea and westgate room
- Perform call-back confirmations on reservations
- Accept, prepare, and process payment for to-go orders
- Assist in bussing and resetting tables in westgate room and plaza bar
- Maintain cleanliness and orderly appearance of food and beverage outlets and hotel lobby
- Communicate guest needs efficiently with servers and bartenders
- Other duties as assigned by management
