- Experience in fine dining preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Comfortable with multitasking and working on feet for extended periods
- Knowledge of reservation systems is a plus
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Possess and live Europa Village core values
- Greet guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact
- Interact with guests as they arrive and leave the restaurant to ensure positive dining experience
- Accurately quote wait times if applicable
- Use the reservation system to track table availability
- Assign tables to guests depending on party size and server availability
- Escort guests to assigned table, present menus and announce the server's name
- Answer guests questions in a warm and professional manner
- Clearly communicate guests needs to servers, bussers and managers as necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned
