Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
part-time availability including evenings and weekends
experience in customer service preferred
strong communication skills
ability to stand for extended periods
team player mindset

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
strong organizational skills and attention to detail
friendly and approachable demeanor
ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

greet and welcome guests as they arrive
manage reservations and waitlists
escort guests to their tables
provide menus and inform guests of daily specials
maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
communicate effectively with serving staff and management
handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints
