Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- manage seating assignments efficiently
- maintain waitlist during high volume periods
- provide guests with menu information and answer questions
- assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the host stand area
- respond promptly to guest inquiries and special requests
- collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service flow
