Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- no prior restaurant experience required
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- ability to interact warmly with guests
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- friendly and approachable demeanor
- basic computer skills for managing reservations
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival
- managing reservation lists and seating plans
- escorting guests to their tables
- providing menus and answering initial questions
- coordinating with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- handling guest inquiries and complaints professionally
- maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area
