Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- current ServSafe Food Handlers Certifications are required before your first shift
- must be able to work a variety of shifts, including afternoons and evenings, both Saturday and Sundays and holidays
- stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift
- move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 20 pounds without assistance
- ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers
- developed customer service skills with refined phone etiquette

Job Duties
- Answer phone calls
- seating guests
- control heavy volume at restaurant entrance
- assist with restaurant in room or restaurant to go orders as needed
- assist the team with the cleanliness of the restaurant when needed
- assist with side work - rolling silverware, restocking, wiping down menus, wiping down high chairs, and any additional tasks from leadership
- knowledge of hotel property to best assist our guests
