Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years old
previous experience is not required
willingness to undergo paid on-the-job training
ability to stand for extended periods
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Job Qualifications

excellent customer service skills and etiquette
ability to follow sanitation practices and safety procedures
effective communication skills with co-workers and guests
flexibility to work various shifts

Job Duties

interact courteously with guests including answering phones greeting seating guests making reservations and taking food orders
uphold high safety and sanitation standards by maintaining cleanliness at the front door host desk lobby area and managing crowd control
learn the restaurant's seating layout including how tables are divided into server areas and food delivery procedures
set and clear tables efficiently according to p.f. chang's specifications
understand the curbside pickup process and takeout expectations
conduct side-work as required for each shift
