Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly with a friendly smile
- provide top-notch customer service by seating guests efficiently and ensuring smooth payment processes
- pack secure to-go orders efficiently and accurately meet guest needs while creating memorable dining experiences
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the host and to-go areas
- communicate effectively with kitchen and wait staff to coordinate orders and seating
- handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally
- manage time effectively to ensure prompt service on busy days
