Job Duties
- Engage courteously with guests (answer phones, greet guests, seat guests, make reservations, take food orders)
- Maintain high safety and sanitation standards by performing cleaning practices at front door, host desk, lobby area, and managing crowd control
- Familiarize yourself with the restaurant’s seating layout, server areas, and food delivery processes
- Set and clear tables efficiently following P.F. Chang’s guidelines
- Learn the curbside process and takeout protocols
- Complete side-work as needed for each shift
