Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- manage the seating chart and waitlist
- assist guests with special requests
- coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth service flow
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area
- answer phone calls and handle reservations
- provide guests with menu information and dining options
