Job Duties
- Answer phones to assist with guest inquiries and reservations
- Take and manage reservations efficiently using reservation systems
- Greet and seat guests promptly while managing waitlists and table assignments
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor to set a welcoming tone for guests
- Assist in coordinating guest flow with the service team to ensure smooth operations
- Wish guests farewell and invite them to return for future visits
- Attend team meetings and training sessions as required
