Job Requirements
- current New Mexico food handler certification
- ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more
- must be able to lift/push/reach for/carry 10+ pounds frequently
- excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask
- 6 months to 1 year or equivalent combination of education and experience
- high school diploma or equivalent experience/training

Job Duties
- maintain high level of positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests

- comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards at all times
- welcome guests to the unique dining experience
- assign guests to suitable tables and according to guidelines for server rotation
- share the story, inspiration, and culinary mindset of the restaurant to our guests
- respond to guest challenges and find the appropriate resolution in a timely and professional manner
