Job Requirements

  • Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification
  • Ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more
  • Must be able to lift/push/reach for/carry 10+ pounds frequently
  • Excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask
  • 6 months to 1 year or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience/training

  • High volume and/or fine dining experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively

Job Duties

  • Maintain high level of positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests
  • Passionately deliver refined, seamless service
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards at all times
  • Welcome guests to the unique dining experience
  • Assign guests to suitable tables and according to guidelines for server rotation
  • Share the story, inspiration, and culinary mindset of the restaurant to our guests
  • Respond to guest challenges and find the appropriate resolution in a timely and professional manner
