Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor
Good communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in customer service or food service roles is advantageous
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Positive attitude and willingness to engage with guests
Ability to maintain hygiene and professional appearance standards
Basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties

Deliver superior guest service while processing transactions for payment
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of front-of-house guest dining areas, patios, and restrooms
Suggestively sell beverages and pastries to guests
Guide guests as they navigate through the service line and dining areas
Consistently maintain a clean, professional, and presentable appearance and demeanor
Foster positive interactions with guests through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
