- Create a warm and positive front-of-house environment
- Select and develop friendly and talented co-workers
- Lead human and financial resources in the front-of-house
- Achieve profitable operation and pleasant dining experience
- Oversee food quality, production, safety, and labor in absence of General Manager and Kitchen Manager
- Maintain standards that build guest loyalty
- Support team members to exceed guest expectations
