Job Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of restaurant management experience
  • Experience managing revenue of 1 million dollars annually
  • Knowledge of restaurant financial management
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to develop and motivate teams
  • Understanding of operational processes
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Excellent decision-making and organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Proven two years of restaurant management experience
  • Previous revenue responsibility of 1 million dollars annually
  • Knowledge of financial aspects of an operation
  • Demonstrated passion for guest service and cast development
  • Ability to improve operational processes and efficiencies
  • Strong partnering, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Proven computer skills
  • Ability to develop, teach and work with a diverse team
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent desired
  • Knowledge of wine and spirits preferred
  • Sommelier certification preferred
  • Leadership in AAA four or five diamond rated restaurant preferred
  • Multilingual Japanese/English speaking preferred
  • Experience in Hawaii preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage and lead day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Emphasize cast and guest satisfaction
  • Provide leadership, support, motivation and development to cast members
  • Monitor and ensure exceptional service and food quality and presentation
  • Develop and nurture partnerships with resort partners
  • Meet or exceed financial goals
  • Ensure compliance with loss prevention and food safety standards
