Job Duties
- Greet all incoming guests with enthusiasm and a welcoming attitude
- effectively manage the flow of traffic in the lobby and at the entrance
- accurately handle and maintain the guest waitlist, quoting appropriate wait times
- seat guests promptly and efficiently in designated sections, ensuring balanced distribution among servers
- answer guest inquiries about the restaurant, menu, and wait times with courtesy and accuracy
- assist the management team in monitoring dining room seating capacity and availability
- maintain a clean and organized host/hostess station
- uphold the company’s commitment to providing superior guest service at all times
