Job Duties
- Greet all incoming guests with enthusiasm and a welcoming attitude to start their experience off right
- Effectively manage the flow of traffic in the lobby and at the entrance
- Accurately handle and maintain the guest waitlist, quoting appropriate wait times
- Seat guests promptly and efficiently in designated sections, ensuring balanced distribution among servers
- Answer guest inquiries about the restaurant, menu, and wait times with courtesy and accuracy
- Assist the management team in monitoring dining room seating capacity and availability
- Maintain a clean and organized host/hostess station
- Uphold the company’s commitment to providing superior guest service at all times
