Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a restaurant host or greeter role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- Availability to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Warmly welcome guests at the host stand
- Manage the seating chart and coordinate guest seating
- Communicate wait times and manage reservations
- Collaborate with service and culinary teams to ensure efficient table turnover
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance area
- Assist guests with menu questions and provide information about the restaurant and resort
- Accommodate special requests to enhance guest satisfaction
