Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of general management experience in a fast-paced restaurant
  • Experience managing both front of house and back of house operations
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to work morning shifts
  • Commitment to team development and customer satisfaction

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of general manager experience in a high volume, full service restaurant
  • Prior experience in both front of house and back of house roles
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for hospitality and customer service excellence
  • Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations
  • Lead and develop restaurant staff
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • Oversee both front of house and back of house activities
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Handle scheduling and labor management
  • Implement company policies and procedures
