As a franchisee, they hold the license to use McDonald's logos and food products and operate these restaurants independently from McDonald's USA. This means that while they deliver the iconic McDonald's experience, all employment matters - including hiring, firing, management, and scheduling - are handled exclusively by Boselli & Sons LLC. Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays
- Ability to relocate within Colorado if business needs require
- Proven experience in restaurant or quick-service management
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and customer service
Job Qualifications
- 2-5 years of restaurant or quick-service management experience McDonald's or similar preferred
- Proven leadership skills with a strong confident presence
- Excellent communication coaching and team-building abilities
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Highly organized punctual and able to manage multiple priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required college degree in business or hospitality is a plus
- Willingness to relocate within Colorado as needed
Job Duties
- Lead daily operations with precision including staffing inventory food safety and customer service
- Maintain a strong professional presence that sets the tone for the entire team
- Be consistently punctual and hold your team to high standards of attendance and professionalism
- Recruit train and develop a high-performing team with a focus on reducing turnover

- Monitor financial performance control costs and drive profitability
- Execute local marketing initiatives and build relationships within the community
