Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager or equivalent leadership role
  • Previous pre-opening restaurant experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and lead teams through growth
  • Advanced knowledge of food and beverage operations including wine and spirits
  • Valid Food Handler’s Card
  • Valid TIPS certification
  • Knowledge of Forbes service standards
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Oversee the development and execution of departmental strategies aligned with brand service standards
  • Ensure the food and beverage operation meets guest expectations, supports employee satisfaction, and drives revenue
  • Develop and implement strategies that exceed guest needs while maximizing financial performance
  • Lead talent selection, onboarding, training, and ongoing development
  • Collaborate with Food and Beverage leadership on menu and beverage list development
  • Control costs through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, inventory control, and cost-management practices
  • Maintain high visibility in the operation, fostering strong guest relationships and public relations
  • Lead with a commitment to consistent service excellence and attention to detail
  • Create a positive, inclusive culture that promotes professional growth and continuous learning
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen, integrity, transparency, and strategic thinking
  • Ensure operational readiness for both indoor and outdoor service environments
