Job Duties
- Recruit, train and develop restaurant staff that delivers brand expectations for personal service, quality products, and a welcoming atmosphere
- Write schedules and communicate work processes within budget and performance guidelines
- Track employee accomplishments, individual growth and reward achievements
- Order and manage all ingredients with a food safety first mentality
- Ensure team follows all brand and company standards regarding food management systems
- Follow brand standards for menu preparation and use tools to ensure quality product on every shift
- Meet budget expectations for food costs, labor, and controllables
- Build and execute local store marketing plans to engage community
- Maintain highest standards for clean facilities and grounds
- Use brand and company standards to engage staff in cleaning activities
