  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to be present and accessible during store operating hours

Job Duties

  • Recruit, train and develop restaurant staff that delivers brand expectations for personal service, quality products, and a welcoming atmosphere
  • Write schedules and communicate work processes within budget and performance guidelines
  • Track employee accomplishments, individual growth and reward achievements
  • Order and manage all ingredients with a food safety first mentality
  • Ensure team follows all brand and company standards regarding food management systems
  • Follow brand standards for menu preparation and use tools to ensure quality product on every shift
  • Meet budget expectations for food costs, labor, and controllables
  • Build and execute local store marketing plans to engage community
  • Maintain highest standards for clean facilities and grounds
  • Use brand and company standards to engage staff in cleaning activities
