Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • three years of restaurant management experience including P&L responsibility and shift management without supervision
  • food safety certification per state or local requirements
  • reliable transportation
  • valid driver's license and insurance for driving-required roles
  • acceptable driving record (MVR) for positions with significant business driving
  • self-motivated and self-directed
  • excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to analyze reports and manage accurate inventory

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • three years of restaurant management experience with P&L responsibility
  • proven ability to manage all shifts independently
  • advanced studies in business restaurant management or related field preferred
  • food safety certification
  • valid driver's license and insurance for driving-required positions
  • acceptable driving record for significant business driving roles

Job Duties

  • Recruit train and develop management and team member candidates
