Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Four-year college degree or equivalent preferred
At least five years of restaurant or nightclub management experience
Multi-unit management experience preferred
Must speak fluent English
Ability to speak additional languages preferred
Willingness and ability to work in an alcohol and smoking environment
Must have or be able to obtain a Bossier ABO license
Ability to stand for long periods without sitting or leaning
Ability to climb stairs multiple times daily
Ability to exert up to 75 pounds of force occasionally and 30 pounds frequently or constantly for lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling
Ability to climb, bend, stretch, twist, or reach with body and arms
Ability to work under variable temperatures and noise levels

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
Four-year college degree or equivalent with restaurant management coursework preferred
At least five years of prior restaurant or nightclub management experience required
Multi-unit management experience is a plus
Fluent in English with ability to speak other languages preferred
Familiarity with sanitation laws, health regulations, and OSHA regulations
Strong people management, communication, and listening skills
Proven ability to lead a team effectively both verbally and in writing
Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Internally motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about teaching others
Ability to multi-task and delegate in a multi-unit management role

Job Duties

Provide strategic and operational direction for day-to-day management of the Sports & Social venue within company policies and guidelines
Direct marketing programs to drive cash revenues to Sports & Social and beverage floor target market segments
Maintain professional company image including restaurant and bar cleanliness and appearance standards
Manage service contracts with outside vendors including consulting and entertainment agreements
Control profit and loss through cash control/security procedures, inventory, labor management, and financial report review
Maintain cost of goods sold, nightly comps, nightly recap, and safe audits by overseeing inventory counts
Respond promptly to customer service needs to uphold the highest service standards including online reputation management
Complete financial and payroll administrative duties accurately and timely
Recruit, interview, hire, train, supervise, motivate, discipline, and terminate team management members as necessary
Ensure staff are properly trained and equipped to perform their job functions
Ensure a safe working and guest environment to minimize risk of injury and accidents
Represent the venue professionally in the community including engaging local businesses, civic organizations, and media
