Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in varying temperatures
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
  • Obtain Serve Safe Food Manager's Certification within six months
  • Willingness to work various shifts in a 7/365 environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic knowledge of systems like SAP, UKG, and Workforce Management a plus
  • Physical ability to perform essential functions including bending, reaching, and climbing
  • Commitment to uphold company policies and ensure compliance with regulations

Job Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Proficient in restaurant functions including food preparation, purchasing, sanitation, and personnel management
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical job duties
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant technology systems
  • Serve Safe Food Manager's Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
  • Bachelor of Science degree in hotel/restaurant management desirable
  • Experience in managing schedules, payroll, and financial reporting

  • Monitor operational systems and make adjustments as necessary
