Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in a full-service restaurant
- Obtain and maintain Serve Safe Food Manager's Certification within six months
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, climb ladders, and walk long distances
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in varying temperatures
- Willingness to work various shifts as determined by business needs
- Proficiency in reading, writing, Microsoft Office Suite, and mathematics
- Basic knowledge of systems such as SAP, UKG, and Workforce Management a plus
Job Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in a full-service restaurant
- Serve Safe Food Manager's Certification (to be obtained within six months of hire or promotion)
- Bachelor of Science degree in hotel or restaurant management is desirable
- Combination of practical experience and education acceptable
- Proficiency in restaurant functions including food planning, purchasing, sanitation, security, policies, personnel management, recordkeeping, and report preparation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and mathematics
- Knowledge of systems such as SAP, UKG, and Workforce Management a plus
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Ability to work various shifts in a 7-day, 365-day environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain performance under stress
Job Duties

- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, food quality, presentation, and dress code standards
- Ensure a visible presence and accessible leadership for team and guests
- Promote a safe and healthy work environment
- Enforce HACCP and sanitary food handling practices
- Oversee food preparation and service quality consistency
- Manage operational checklists and necessary disciplinary actions
- Verify accuracy of closing procedures, paperwork, and timekeeping
- Analyze financial data daily and take actions to maintain profitability
- Maximize scheduling to align labor costs with sales and guest satisfaction
- Control food and beverage purchasing to maintain acceptable food cost percentage
- Monitor expenditures, utility usage and adjust as necessary
- Complete personnel and payroll duties accurately and on time
- Implement security and loss prevention procedures
- Review financial goals regularly with management team
- Demonstrate thorough understanding and use of operational software systems
- Adapt to fast-changing environments using problem-solving skills
- Promote efficiency through task consolidation, delegation, and empowering others
