  • minimum 2 years leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver excellent customer service
  • manage daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of quality and safety
  • oversee financial performance including budgeting, sales, and expense control
  • train and develop staff to enhance skills and team collaboration
  • maintain inventory and ensure appropriate stock levels
  • uphold company policies and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
