Job Duties
- Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver excellent customer service
- manage daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of quality and safety
- oversee financial performance including budgeting, sales, and expense control
- train and develop staff to enhance skills and team collaboration
- maintain inventory and ensure appropriate stock levels
- uphold company policies and compliance with health and safety regulations
- engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
