Job Duties
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve operational and financial goals

- Manage restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling, and inventory control
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness
- Develop and coach team members to improve their skills and performance
- Handle financial management tasks such as budgeting, sales analysis, and expense control
- Foster a positive workplace culture that supports employee engagement and retention
