Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Must maintain current health card as per state or local requirements
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must pass criminal background check including MVR
  • Must be able to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, holidays
  • Expected 50-hour workweek

Job Qualifications

  • Two-years restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Must have leadership skills with ability to train and develop teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage financials and P&L
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Previous experience managing a team and operations in a fast-paced environment

  • Identifying a team with high potential and developing them into leaders
  • Achieving and maintaining world class operations including a successful and well-developed crew
  • Pristine restaurants that serve excellent food
  • Strong financial performance
  • Maintaining and driving high standards around food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
  • Having a clear understanding of and ability to perform every job in the restaurant
  • Being the ultimate decision-maker and accountable for all aspects of the restaurant's performance
  • Engaging in clear, consistent communication with field leadership and restaurant staff
  • Demonstrating respect for team members and recognizing their contributions
  • Building an effective team through training and development
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintaining consistent strong financial results
