Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience in quick service restaurant management
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Commitment to quality customer service
  • Ability to maintain a positive and respectful work environment

Job Qualifications

  • The Restaurant General Manager must have at least 2 years or more QSR management experience
  • The Restaurant General Manager must be able to work weekends as well as evenings
  • Our Restaurant General Manager should have a passion and desire to serve others and provide true hospitality
  • The Restaurant General Manager must represent the company outside the work environment and be a true brand representative

Job Duties

  • Job Description: The Restaurant General Manager will maintain accountability for a profitable operation of the restaurant, provide consistent customer service to all guests, oversee maintenance of restaurant quality, provide leadership and development of team members, and maintain an environment of trust, credibility, dignity and respect
  • The Restaurant General Manager exercises independent judgment and sets the standard in the day-to-day performance of job duties
  • He/she would ensure that company policies and procedures are implemented and maintained consistently
