Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of general management experience in quick service restaurants
- availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations and employment laws
- strong computer skills with proficiency in Word and Excel
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to lead and develop teams
- ability to withstand the physical demands of the restaurant environment
- no formal education required
- MSc or MA in Business or relevant field preferred
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of General Management experience, currently in the QSR industry, is required
- Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
- Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations, and federal and state employment laws
- Demonstrated success in financial management and people development
- Must have excellent computer skills with proficiency in Word and Excel
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, business development, and strategy implementation knowledge
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to sell, manage, and drive growth
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds
- No education required
Job Duties
- As the General Manager, the expectation is of a leader dedicated to driving operational excellence through a memorable guest experience in Marshall, Texas
- You would lead by example and provide guidance in the restaurant to all Team Members
