Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of general management experience in quick service restaurants
  • availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations and employment laws
  • strong computer skills with proficiency in Word and Excel
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to lead and develop teams
  • ability to withstand the physical demands of the restaurant environment
  • no formal education required
  • MSc or MA in Business or relevant field preferred

Job Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of General Management experience, currently in the QSR industry, is required
  • Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
  • Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations, and federal and state employment laws
  • Demonstrated success in financial management and people development
  • Must have excellent computer skills with proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, business development, and strategy implementation knowledge
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Ability to sell, manage, and drive growth
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills
  • Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds
  • No education required

Job Duties

  • As the General Manager, the expectation is of a leader dedicated to driving operational excellence through a memorable guest experience in Marshall, Texas
  • You would lead by example and provide guidance in the restaurant to all Team Members
  • Our General Managers are people-people passionate about helping their teams learn and grow every day
