Job Requirements

  • Must have current Texas Food Handlers certification
  • must have current TABC certification
  • minimum of 2 years leadership experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant management
  • must understand Food and Beverage financials including cost controls
  • must possess strong customer service skills
  • must have knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktail beverages
  • ability to communicate clearly in English both verbally and in writing
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • prior serving and cash handling experience preferred
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • must be detail-oriented
  • must collaborate effectively with culinary team
  • must have prior culinary training or menu design experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Current Texas Food Handlers certification
  • current TABC certification
  • minimum 2 years leadership experience as a fine dining Restaurant Manager or General Manager preferably in a 4-star high volume restaurant
  • understanding of Food and Beverage financials including cost and par controls
  • strong attention to detail
  • excellent customer service skills
  • knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktail beverage creation
  • strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • prior serving and cash handling experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • experience collaborating with culinary teams on food presentations, specials, and promotions
  • understanding of culinary training or menu design

Job Duties

  • Deliver prompt, courteous service in compliance with Omni Food and Beverage standards
  • lead a team of associates to provide memorable experiences to members and guests
  • manage assigned shift including 19th hole and Pool cabana operations
  • monitor dining room seating, service, safety, and cleanliness
  • maintain familiarity with menus and beverage offerings
  • ensure completion of side work checklists
  • assist in overall management of the outlet
  • spot check liquor pars and order daily supplies
  • hold pre-shift meetings
  • follow up on training steps
  • handle guest comments and complaints
  • communicate with guests and receive feedback
  • stay on the floor during peak hours
  • observe, teach, and correct staff service
  • examine food preparation and beverage presentation
  • schedule staff and complete weekly payroll and forecasting
  • participate in interviewing and recruiting new employees
  • prepare and follow up on maintenance requests
  • monitor food and liquor requisitions and food waste
  • check bar controls daily
  • approve paid time off requests
  • manage performance including attendance, reviews, meetings, and disciplinary actions
  • maintain work email and responses
  • stay informed of resort events
  • conduct monthly department and OST meetings
  • maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
  • participate in company-required trainings
  • champion and drive the All-In culture
