Job Duties

Consistently ensure maximum guest satisfaction while dining in the restaurant
Conduct pre-meal meetings with service staff daily
Supervise floor operations during service
Ensure service personnel follow service protocols including steps of service
Monitor timing and flow of guest experience
Handle all guest complaints to their satisfaction
Maintain smooth running of the restaurant operation
