Job Requirements
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in luxury, fine dining, or upscale hospitality environments
- excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- strong knowledge of fine dining service standards, food, wine, and beverage programs
- experience managing budgets, labor, and operational costs
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Duties
- Lead, coach, and develop managers, supervisors, and service teams across both restaurant concepts
- foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and exceptional hospitality
- recruit, onboard, and mentor team members to uphold luxury service standards
- conduct regular pre-shift meetings and ongoing training to ensure consistency in service delivery
- ensure every guest receives attentive, personalized, and memorable service
- maintain strong floor presence during service periods to support the team and engage with guests
- address guest concerns and feedback with professionalism and urgency
- create an environment that reflects the elevated standards expected of luxury dining experiences
- oversee all front-of-house operations including reservations, seating flow, service pacing, and floor leadership
- collaborate closely with the culinary leadership team to ensure seamless coordination between kitchen and service
- maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout both outlets
- ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational standards
- manage labor costs, inventory controls, and operational expenses
- monitor financial performance and implement strategies to drive revenue and profitability
- assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives
- uphold luxury hospitality standards and ensure consistency in service execution
- maintain strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage offerings to support elevated guest experiences
- continue building the reputation of Esencia as a premier fine dining destination
- support and further elevate the award-recognized reputation of Anacacho Coffee & Cantina
