Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Experience with cash control and security procedures
- Ability to manage inventory and labor effectively
- Knowledge of corporate policies, procedures, and occupational health and food safety standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to promoting company culture and values
- Capable of handling conflict resolution and staff motivation
Job Qualifications
- At least 5 years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Experience assisting with profit and loss management including cash control and inventory
- Proven ability to train employees and provide necessary resources
- Strong communication skills for performance appraisals and disciplinary actions
- Ability to promote equity, inclusion, and belonging within the team
- Demonstrated leadership in individual and team recognition, motivation, and collaboration
- Experience in recruiting and hiring exceptional talent
Job Duties
- Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for top team members and shift leads
- Develop a comprehensive training plan and mentor assistant managers, shift leaders, and team member trainers
- Recognize and reward outstanding team member performance regularly
- Address and resolve conflicts promptly to maintain a positive work environment
- Personally engage with customers to swiftly resolve any issues
- Strategically schedule staff to optimize customer service and coach management team on standards
- Analyze restaurant financial performance, manage budget, and develop strategies to maximize profitability
