Job Requirements

bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
minimum 7 years leadership experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting
strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
proven track record in financial management
excellent communication and leadership skills
ability to work on-site and be hands-on in daily operations
willingness to lead by example and engage with guests and staff
eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field
7-10 years progressive leadership experience in restaurant or hospitality management
proven strategic planning and business development capabilities
strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L statements
exceptional leadership and team-building skills
expertise in food and beverage operations and event management
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to drive organizational change and innovation

Job Duties

oversee daily hospitality operations including food and beverage, catering, and event services
lead and inspire multi-concept dining teams to deliver outstanding guest service
develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and operational efficiency
manage financial performance, budgeting, and cost control across venues
foster a positive workplace culture emphasizing service excellence and teamwork
