Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 7 years leadership experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting
- strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
- proven track record in financial management
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- ability to work on-site and be hands-on in daily operations
- willingness to lead by example and engage with guests and staff
- eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field
- 7-10 years progressive leadership experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- proven strategic planning and business development capabilities
- strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L statements
- exceptional leadership and team-building skills
- expertise in food and beverage operations and event management
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to drive organizational change and innovation
Job Duties
- oversee daily hospitality operations including food and beverage, catering, and event services
- lead and inspire multi-concept dining teams to deliver outstanding guest service
- develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and operational efficiency
- manage financial performance, budgeting, and cost control across venues
- foster a positive workplace culture emphasizing service excellence and teamwork
- build strong relationships with guests, staff, and community partners
- lead integration and expansion initiatives for new properties and concepts
