Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 7 years leadership experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting
  • strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • proven track record in financial management
  • excellent communication and leadership skills
  • ability to work on-site and be hands-on in daily operations
  • willingness to lead by example and engage with guests and staff
  • eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field
  • 7-10 years progressive leadership experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • proven strategic planning and business development capabilities
  • strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L statements
  • exceptional leadership and team-building skills
  • expertise in food and beverage operations and event management
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to drive organizational change and innovation

Job Duties

  • oversee daily hospitality operations including food and beverage, catering, and event services
  • lead and inspire multi-concept dining teams to deliver outstanding guest service
