Job Requirements

  • must be 21 years of age or older
  • secure reliable transportation to travel occasionally to various locations
  • ability to stand and move for most of the shift
  • willingness and ability to operate restaurant equipment
  • commitment to following brand standards and guidelines
  • eligibility to work in the country
  • pass a background investigation

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred
  • excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • ability to foster a customer-first attitude within the team
  • certification in food safety (or willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training)
  • ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • knowledge of operational metrics and financial management

Job Duties

  • lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
  • create a service experience so good the guests can’t wait to come back
  • build and develop a team that works well together
  • promote proper food safety procedures and culture
  • maintain a balance between high-quality employee and guest experiences and financial goals
  • use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill during shifts
  • ensure the restaurant meets brand standards for food preparation, service, and cleanliness
