Job Requirements
- must be 21 years of age or older
- secure reliable transportation to travel occasionally to various locations
- ability to stand and move for most of the shift
- willingness and ability to operate restaurant equipment
- commitment to following brand standards and guidelines
- eligibility to work in the country
- pass a background investigation
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred
- excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- ability to foster a customer-first attitude within the team
- certification in food safety (or willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training)
- ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- knowledge of operational metrics and financial management
Job Duties
- lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
- create a service experience so good the guests can’t wait to come back
- build and develop a team that works well together
- promote proper food safety procedures and culture
- maintain a balance between high-quality employee and guest experiences and financial goals
- use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill during shifts
- ensure the restaurant meets brand standards for food preparation, service, and cleanliness
