Job Requirements

  • must be 21 years of age or older
  • must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
  • reliable transportation to access the home store and other locations occasionally
  • ability to stand and move for majority of shift
  • eligible to work in this country
  • pass a background investigation

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous management experience in a restaurant or similar environment preferred
  • excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • commitment to food safety and proper operational procedures
  • ability to develop and motivate a team
  • willing to obtain SERV Safe certification

Job Duties

  • lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
