Job Requirements
- must be 21 years of age or older
- must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
- reliable transportation to access the home store and other locations occasionally
- ability to stand and move for majority of shift
- eligible to work in this country
- pass a background investigation
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous management experience in a restaurant or similar environment preferred
- excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- commitment to food safety and proper operational procedures
- ability to develop and motivate a team
- willing to obtain SERV Safe certification
Job Duties
- lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
- create a customer-first attitude with your team
- promote proper procedures and a culture of food safety
- balance providing high-quality employee and guest experience with meeting operational metrics and financial goals
- stand and move for most of your shift
- use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register, or grill
- follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve customers, and maintain a clean restaurant
