Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations occasionally
- Ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
- Ability to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
- Must be eligible to work in the country and pass a background check
- Commitment to following brand standards and food safety procedures

Job Duties
- Create a service experience so good the guests can't wait to come back to Wendy's
- Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
- Maintain the balance between providing high-quality employee and guest experiences while meeting financial and operational targets
- Promote proper procedures and a culture of food safety including obtaining SERV Safe certification
- Use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills during shifts
- Stand and move for most or all of the shift to maintain operational oversight
- Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve customers, and maintain a clean restaurant
