Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
  • Must have reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations occasionally
  • Ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
  • Ability to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
  • Must be eligible to work in the country and pass a background check
  • Commitment to following brand standards and food safety procedures

Job Duties

  • Create a service experience so good the guests can't wait to come back to Wendy's
  • Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
  • Maintain the balance between providing high-quality employee and guest experiences while meeting financial and operational targets
  • Promote proper procedures and a culture of food safety including obtaining SERV Safe certification
  • Use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills during shifts
  • Stand and move for most or all of the shift to maintain operational oversight
  • Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve customers, and maintain a clean restaurant
