Job Requirements
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Have reliable transportation for travel to designated locations
- Be eligible to work in the country
- Pass a background investigation
- Stand and move for most or all of the shift
- Use restaurant equipment such as register, grill, or headset
- Obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
- Maintain commitment to safety and operational standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management experience in a restaurant or retail setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to train and develop team members
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification
Job Duties
- Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
- Create a service experience that encourages guests to return
- Promote a customer-first attitude within the team
- Maintain compliance with food safety procedures and company standards
- Manage daily restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling, and inventory
- Ensure a clean and welcoming restaurant environment
- Support team development through coaching and leadership
