Job Requirements

  • Be 21 years of age or older
  • Have reliable transportation for travel to designated locations
  • Be eligible to work in the country
  • Pass a background investigation
  • Stand and move for most or all of the shift
  • Use restaurant equipment such as register, grill, or headset
  • Obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
  • Maintain commitment to safety and operational standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management experience in a restaurant or retail setting preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to train and develop team members
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification

Job Duties

  • Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
  • Create a service experience that encourages guests to return
  • Promote a customer-first attitude within the team
  • Maintain compliance with food safety procedures and company standards
  • Manage daily restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling, and inventory
  • Ensure a clean and welcoming restaurant environment
  • Support team development through coaching and leadership
